Mother’s Day Brunch and Brushes
Mother’s Day Brunch and Brushes
With a history that includes masters like DaVinci and Michaelangelo, if there is anything that Italians are known for as much as their cuisine, it’s art. So, why not combine the two and spend some time with mom enjoying a traditional Italian-themed brunch buffet, followed by a hands-on painting class, with step-by-step instructions to create your own masterpieces. The brunch and painting will take place at the Cucina Mauro Kitchen Cafe’s industrial-chic trattoria style space, with it’s unique ambiance and Italian flair.
Your painting guide will be local artist Nick Biagini. Nick was an educator for over 30 years and founded Biagini’s Colours over 20 years ago, teaching painting to thousands of children and adults. He was the Arts Coordinator for the Toronto Catholic District School Board and was instrumental in building the Board’s Art programs. All supplies will be provided.
