What: Hands-On Pasta Making Class

Cost: $125 per person (plus HST)

You will learn how to make fresh pasta, from scratch. Once the pasta dough is ready, you'll learn how to roll it out using a traditional hand-cranked pasta machine, and then cut it into fettuccine. All the while, a pot of sauce will be simmering on the stove, ready to be tossed and savoured with the fresh-made pasta, for a fun group meal at the end of the class. It doesn't get any better than that!

We will greet you with light antipasti to tide you over until it’s time to sit down with our plates of pasta.

All supplies and equipment included. You only need to show up with a smile!
